"Americans Talk About Illegal Immigration"

Today, I was going to blog on a fairly simple poll I found a few weeks ago, until I found a much more interesting one at http://www.npg.org/immpoll.html. This poll itself was produced and administered by NPG (Negative Population Growth), and the final report was prepared by RoperASW. Of course, I found the information that the poll offered to be thought-provoking, but the information was not exactly what caught my eye. What I found truly incredible was the formation of the final report. Since taking POL 312, I have taken a gander at quite a few polls and their final reports, but have not seen any that were as organized as this final report. When first pulling up the site, it offers the title and brief background of the subject of immigration in the U.S.. Then, almost identical to a book, it offers a Table of Contents. The final report is broken up into seven different categories; Intro & Method Overview, General Attitudes Toward Migration, Approval of Methods to Deal With Illegal Immigration, etc.
